Informational sessions for prospective students and families are offered most Tuesday and Friday afternoons at 3:30 p.m. during the fall and spring semesters. Sessions may be virtual, in-person or both depending on select dates. Sessions will cover an overview of the Broad College of Business, college admissions pathways, majors/academic curriculum and student opportunities and services. Presentations followed by a tour will be held on Mondays and Fridays. Additional days will be added as the spring 2024 semester progresses. The presentations in April will be exclusively for Admitted Students.
High school juniors and seniors interested in exploring engineering at MSU will learn about engineering majors, the Cornerstone and Residential Experience, resources for academic success, co-ops and internships, research opportunities, study abroad, engineering student clubs, etc. Registration is required.
The College of Music Admissions Office is open for in-person visits. The College of Natural Science (NatSci) will be hosting in-person Undergraduate Visit Days during the Spring 2024 semester. At your Visit Day, you can expect to meet the NatSci Undergraduate Recruitment Coordinator for a presentation and Q&A session.

The College of Nursing hosts a variety of information sessions throughout the academic year. During these events, students have the opportunity to learn more about program requirements and the admissions process, as well as ask questions of our faculty and advisers. Students interested in the exploratory preference major can schedule a virtual meeting with an Exploratory Preference academic adviser. During these appointments, a neighborhood adviser can discuss your interests and options with you, and help you make a schedule for exploring. Students can take advantage of this amazing opportunity to find a major that’s a good fit.
Lyman Briggs College (LBC) is a science-focused residential college connecting the natural sciences and mathematics with the humanities and social sciences. LBC has both virtual and in-person visits.
